1. Equipment may be reserved in advance on payment of a deposit of £50 under £125 or £100 if over. If the hire exceeds £200.00 a £250 BOND will be required. Deposits will not normally be refunded on cancellation of booking.
2. For Non Account Customer Collections, three forms of identification will be required on collection of equipment e.g. Driving Licence, Bills with your address on them i.e. gas, electric, phone.
3. The prices quoted do NOT include VAT, which is payable on all transactions at current rates.
4. Full payment is due prior to delivery of the equipment with a deposit or Bond as applicable to the amount of hire. We do not hire on credit.
5. A delivery and collection service is available. Items must be stacked and cleared of debris ready for collection or additional charges will be added.
6. On returning the equipment, it will be checked at our discretion. Any breakages, shortages or damaged items will be billed separately or your deposit refunded as applicable.
7. Equipment must be washed clean or a cleaning charge of 75% of 1 day’s hire will be levied.
8. Customers are responsible for the safe keeping of all equipment including boxes, cartons and buckets from the time of delivery until returned or collected by us.
9. Damage, shortages and breakage’s are chargeable at current new prices.
10. Late returns will be charged at a daily hire rate up to seven days, after which they will be charged at current new prices and no credit.
11. Business Hire Hours
    Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm
    Saturday and Sunday delivery by arrangement only. Additional 7.5% added to collection/delivery on these dates.
    Closed Bank Holidays.
    All goods supplied in multiples are wrapped for cleanliness and are ready to use.
    · All prices stated are for 1 days hire and exclude VAT.
    · Friday p.m. to Monday a.m. is charged at 1 days hire only.
    · 2 – 3 days hire is charged at 2 day’s hire. 1 week hire at 3 days hire.
